Job Summary
Techzeel is seeking a dynamic and skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage and convert subscribers. The role involves overseeing the entire email marketing process—from strategy and design to analytics and optimization. The Email Marketing Manager will work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all emails are aligned with the brand’s objectives and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, promote content, and drive conversions.
- List Segmentation: Analyze and segment email lists to send targeted and personalized emails to specific audience groups.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and calls to action to optimize email performance and deliver the best results.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure campaign success.
- Email Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive subscribers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the editorial and design teams to develop email content that is visually appealing and aligned with Techzeel’s messaging.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize emails for higher performance, focusing on deliverability, user engagement, and overall impact.
- Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with legal regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and email automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret email metrics, with a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns.
- Content Creation: Ability to create compelling, engaging email copy and content that speaks to a tech-savvy audience.
- A/B Testing: Experience in A/B testing to improve email performance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in content, design, and technical aspects to ensure flawless campaigns.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with editorial, design, and product teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
