The New Hearing Health Feature for AirPods Pro 2 is Here — But With Limited Availability

In September, Apple unveiled the AirPods Pro 2, the first-ever earbuds to offer a hearing aid feature, proving its superiority over its rivals. This isn’t the first time the tech giant has provided such innovative tech. Since the launch, the company has been waiting for the FDA to approve the device and finally, Apple has it now. However, in the meantime, this hearing health feature will only be available to the U.S. and Canada.

The main reason for its limited release is probably because Apple is waiting for more health regulators to approve the device and might want the local regulators to test and approve the capabilities of AirPods Pro 2.

With this device coming out, we may be able to enter a period where people might start wearing the AirPods all the time and there won’t be any hesitation to talk with them being on. There always have been this perception that leaving your earbuds in while talking with other people is rude.
