Samsung has new software for its Galaxy Watch 5. The new software is called One UI 6 Watch. Samsung is allowing people to test it before it becomes available to the general public. This is called a beta program.
The beta program started for Galaxy Watch 6 earlier this month. Now, Galaxy Watch 5 users can try it too. You are eligible to participate if you own a Galaxy Watch 5 or Galaxy Watch 5 Pro.
The beta program is in Korea and the USA. People in Korea have already received the first beta update. The United States will receive it soon.
Joining the beta program is simple: open your Samsung phone, then click on the Samsung watch, and then go to settings to easily enable and join the program.
Not everyone can download the update right now. Samsung is gradually giving it to people. If you can’t get it yet, try again later.
The One UI 6 Watch beta also supports the Galaxy Watch 4. The update has new features. Some of the new features are Galaxy AI-powered sleep insights, new ways to control the watch, and better power saving.
If you own a Galaxy Watch 5 or Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, you can now test the new One UI 6 Watch beta. Sign up in the Samsung Members app and enjoy the new features!
