Google Boosts Its Pixel Smartphones with Artificial Intelligence

Google revealed a lineup of Pixel smartphones, headphones, and watches that integrate Artificial Intelligence technology. The new Pixel series utilizes Gemini AI assistant to upgrade more features.

On Tuesday, Google released its new Pixel 9 smartphones with different lineups including Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and the double-wide Pixel 9 fold. Google aims to introduce cutting-edge AI technology before Apple. In June, Apple also announced the launch of Artificial Intelligence in the iPhone 16 series. 

However, Google holds almost 5% of the hardware market in the United States, according to 9to5Google. It is far less than competitors like Samsung and Apple. Through the launch of Gemini AI Google attempted to upscale sales in the world of smartphones. 

Furthermore, the upgrades of AI assistants help users engage with conversational tones like real humans, edit people in photos like a pro, and search for multiple pieces of information on a tip. Google said it would appeal the decision and “remain focused on making products that people find helpful.”

Google said that Gemini Live, AI features will also connect with other apps and tasks like YouTube Music. For example, you can explore and learn which job suits you best according to your skill sets and knowledge and organize calendars with your schedule. You can turn complexities into simplicity by just using ultra-modern AI. 

Additionally, the company said the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold is available at $1,799 and the rest Pixel 9 lineup starts from $799 to $1,099 varying from model to size. Therefore, Google also ensures its users safeguard their data and personal information. 

Sameer Samant, Google’s President of the Android Ecosystem, also posted a blog to convey about AI. He said that Google’s effort to infuse AI in everything to naturally fit into humans’ daily lives.
