Apple’s 2024 M4 Mac Mini: Apple Insider Unveils New Design That Could Eliminate USB-A Ports

Apple has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to high-end tech items and amazing updates. Apple is updating the Mac lineup with new chips called the m4 series. The Mac mini could get an update as soon as late 2024. The Mac mini could get a new version by the end of 2024. The M3 chip would be skipped by Apple, going straight from M2 to M4.

In addition to this particular fact, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg speculates about a novel design that may eliminate USB-A- ports.

Gurman reported last month that the upcoming Mac Mini is anticipated to be the smallest and most powerful to date. However, the precise method by which Apple was reducing the already diminutive portable desktop remains ambiguous. 

The new design will comprise 5 USB-C ports, an Ethernet port, an HDMI port, and a headphone jack. The redesigned Mac Mini will have an internal power supply, enhancing its compact design.

The ‌Mac mini‌ is intended to be Apple’s smallest ever desktop computer, with a chassis that approximates the size of the Apple TV. Despite exhibiting an Apple TV-like footprint, it is anticipated that the Mac mini will be slightly taller than the present model, which stands at 1.4 inches.
