Apple has released its first public beta version for the iPadOS 18. It is giving iPad users a great chance to preview their upcoming software features exclusively.
In order to install the iPadOS 18 public beta, you may first have to make sure that your iPad is absolutely compatible.
Once it will be confirmed, you can enroll your Apple Account in the public beta program at beta.apple.com.
Then, on your iPad, open Settings, tap ‘General,’ and select ‘Software Update.’ Under ‘Beta Updates,’ choose the iPadOS 18 beta. Remember, beta versions can have bugs, so it’s best not to install them on critical devices.
The iPadOS 18 beta introduces new features like a customizable Home Screen with new app and widget placements, redesigned tab bars and Control Center, a new Calculator app with a Math Notes feature, a ‘Keep Downloaded‘ option in Files.
Smart Script handwriting features, and a new Passwords app, along with major updates to Photos and Messages.
